Daily chapel is a Northwestern distinctive. Held in Maranatha Hall, the 40-minute services Monday through Friday give the Northwestern community the opportunity for praise and worship together and to be encouraged and challenged by distinguished speakers, scholars, missionaries, professors, campus staff and more.
Regular attendance is required of all traditional undergraduate students. Chapel supports the mission of the college by offering biblically-based teaching and opportunity for worship of God through fellowship, praise and the proclamation of His word.

"Having the whole campus together to worship God is what makes Northwestern stand out among other private colleges. It’s a neat experience to be able to grow in your faith with all your fellow students and to be able to share the same experiences in chapel."
Another opportunity for corporate worship is "OASIS." This group gathers together every Wednesday. We believe that all of life should be an act of worship, and singing is one way to express our worship. Our desire is that students, staff and faculty would cultivate a lifestyle of worship which will honor and glorify God.
