Learning more for less

We have made a few paths for paying less here at Northwestern.  These programs are your ticket to a financially responsible college experience:

Degree in Three

• An accelerated study path for highly motivated students in select majors

• Complete the traditional four years of coursework in three

PSEO

• Are you a Minnesota resident? Get college credit for free while you're still in high school

• NWC offers courses online or here on campus.

Early College

• Out of state? No problem. 

• We offer NWC courses online for high school students at a highly reduced cost. 

Dual Degree: B.A.–M.Div. in 5 years

• The B.A./M.Div. is a streamlined program for students who feel called to Pastoral Ministry.

• You'll have a bachelor’s degree after four years and a Master of Divinity after the fifth. (This program usually takes 7 years).

Eagle Scholars

• Students accepted to our honors program receive up to $17,000/yr

• We offer this rigorous program with high standards for application, because we believe in our students

We encourage you to plan ahead

1. Give PSEO or Early College a try so you can bring credit into college.

2. Aim high with your coursework and testing; it pays $$$ back to you (AP, CLEP, ACT & SAT).

3. Be practical about what you can afford and then, make goals to finish accordingly.

4. Be open to doing full load semesters (18 credits) and summer courses.
