Postsecondary Enrollment Options (PSEO): On Campus

What is PSEO?

PSEO is a program offered through the state of Minnesota where high school juniors and seniors may take college courses that apply to both high school and college graduation. When students graduate from high school, they can possibly have two years of college already completed!

This program is funded by the State of Minnesota, and students are not charged for tuition, books, or registration fees. Northwestern is one of the state’s largest providers of online PSEO courses and now, for selected students, there is an on-campus version of the same courses.

On-campus PSEO Courses

Northwestern College offers an on-campus PSEO option for those students interested in face-to-face learning. Located on Lake Johanna in the suburban Roseville/Arden Hills area, Northwestern is home to one of the most beautiful campuses in the Midwest.

With the on-campus option, you'll join 1,700 traditional undergraduate students who benefit from small classes, a strong sense of community, and meaningful interaction with professors in and out of the classroom.

On-campus PSEO Enrollment Process

Download and complete the on-campus PSEO application—this includes the Postsecondary Enrollment Options Program Notice of Student Registration form required by the State of Minnesota.
Send completed application, high school transcript and standardized test scores to the Northwestern College Admissions Office by the deadlines listed below.
If you meet the qualifications for the on-campus program, you may be selected by the Admissions Committee for an interview as a part of the application process.

The on-campus program has limited spots available and is competitive.  We will begin reviewing applications starting February 1st for the Fall 2013 term.

If you meet the qualifications for the on-campus PSEO program, you will also be qualified for the online PSEO program.

NOTE: If you would like to download and submit your application via e-mail, you will need to download Adobe Reader XI in order to save your entered information.  Once completed, e-mail your application to pseo@nwc.edu.
