The Graduate Certificate in Leadership is a great program for those who wish to develop essential leadership skills but may not have time or be ready to pursue a Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) degree.The certificate program will help you develop as a leader in business or ministry.

Course of study

You can complete your graduate leadership certificate coursework in approximately seven months, either by attending class one night a week or by participating in the online program.

Students entering the program must have a bachelor’s degree. The Graduate Certificate in Leadership is granted for completing five core courses of the MOL (15 credits) and course credits will fully transfer toward later completion of the MOL at Northwestern College.
