Bachelor of Science in Psychology – Marriage & Family Emphasis
A degree in psychology with marriage and family emphasis provides training in theories and methods of psychology and counseling. Study the nature of human growth and development and methods of assessing personality and problem areas. Integrating a Christian perspective in these areas, you'll also explore strategies of counseling children, adolescents, adults and families.

The Bachelor of Science in Psychology is granted upon completion of 125 semester credits in core curriculum, major, and elective requirements. Many adults fulfill these requirements through a combination of transfer credits and Northwestern credits. A minimum of 30 credits and 50% of the major coursework must be completed at Northwestern.
Courses are offered at our St. Paul campus, and if there is sufficient interest, courses may also be offered at Maranatha Christian Academy in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
