Guest Artist RecitalTuesday, January 22, 7:30 p.m. Nazareth Chapel Our guest artist Timothy A. Schmidt, D.M.A., is a prolific recitalist who has performed concerts in three continents; and as a recipient of numerous awards and honors, he has performed with a number of orchestras, including The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra. Dr. Schmidt is Professor Emeritus of Music at Waldorf College, Iowa, where he was Professor of Music and Piano for over 33 years. He will perform Beethoven’s Sonata in C# Minor, Op. 27, No. 2 (“Moonlight”), Pinkham’s Troika Ride, and Liszt’s Sonata in B Minor. This first recital in our beautiful, newly renovated Nazareth Chapel is free and open to the public.
