For applicants who qualify and are interested in the Stafford Loan, a FAFSA can be completed electronically at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov.

In addition to the FAFSA, you need to complete the FOCUS Financial Aid Application form. It collects necessary information that is not supplied by the FAFSA.
