Lives in Antioch, an intercultural residential experience
Transferred to Northwestern from a college in Boston

Why do you like Northwestern?
It is a Christian college with great professors that challenge us every day in our lives. Since I’ve been at Northwestern, I have grown a lot with God and have learned a lot, and made so many friends that I had never expected to have. I moved to the U.S. in 2005, but before I came to Northwestern, I went to a school in Boston first. But I never felt called there so I decided to transfer where God wanted me to be.

Which residence hall do you live in?
Antioch - I get to meet lots of people of different cultures from all over the world.

Favorite place on campus?
Chapel, because I get to gather with my brothers and sisters to worship and praise God.

Favorite class?
Human Sexuality, because it showed me how God is glorified in our sexuality.

Favorite professor?
Aqueelah Roberson, Communication Department.

How has your relationship with the Lord changed since you’ve been here?
It has grown in a way that every day I wake up and know that I am going to be challenged in my walk with the Lord.

Plans after graduation?
To be a Division 1 head soccer coach and win many NCAA championships or go into full-time ministry. Northwestern has prepared me to go into ministry and to be a good leader when I graduate.
