Graduate studies in organizational leadership – two paths
Northwestern's graduate programs in organizational leadership provide quality education in a convenient format. The knowledge, skills and practical applications will relate directly to your career and professional goals.

  The Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) is designed to integrate a Christian perspective into the context of leadership and management, prepare leaders for a fast-paced administrative environment and provide skills and knowledge to incorporate leadership into a variety of organizational settings.   The Graduate Certificate in Leadership is a great program for those who wish to develop essential leadership skills but may not have time or be ready for pursuing a Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) degree. Similar to the MOL, the Graduate Certificate in Leadership synthesizes essential components for effective leadership
