ASSISTANT DEAN OF GRADUATE AND ONLINE LEARNING – GRADUATE & CONTINUING EDUCATION
Full-time
Position Summary:

Work with the Vice President to identify new residential and online graduate programs. Collaborate in the preparation and development of new programs. Supervise the Instructional Design & Technology processes and team. Work with appropriate academic personnel to ensure program compliance with Higher Learning Commission (HLC) standards. Manage and oversee distance education faculty assignments. Resolve and refer as appropriate faculty issues in distance education. Review, evaluate, and coordinate curriculum development and improvement for graduate residential and distance education programs. Analyze data received through student inquiries, market research, and input and recommend new programs and courses to meet changing needs in graduate residential and online programs.
Qualifications:
Masters degree required; Doctoral Degree in adult education or related field strongly preferred. Previous educational/training related experience a minimum of 3 - 5 years required.

ASSISTANT MENS TRACK COACH
Athletics; Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week; mid January until mid-May)
Position Summary:

Assist Head Coach in preparation and conduct of practices and meets. Assist in recruiting as needed. Assist Head Coach in all areas of practice and meet preparation. Assist in scouting and recruiting prospective athletes. Assist in scouting opponents. Assist with department responsibilities as requested by the Head Coach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous collegiate participation and/or coaching experience preferred.

ASSISTANT WOMENS TRACK COACH

PROGRAM COORDINATOR, Office of Intercultural Unity
Student Development; Full-time
Position Summary:

Provide coordination for cultural, spiritual and social programming that supports the mission and vision of the Office of Intercultural Unity, which is to promote Christian unity in our college community, particularly with respect to issues of racial, cultural and ethnic diversity, and biblical reconciliation. Provide coordination and assist in planning and executing cultural and academic programs, services, and other necessary tasks to improve the quality of the educational, cultural, spiritual, and social experiences of international, ethnic and racial minority, and 'third culture' students. Manage internal and external event planning, including promotion, marketing and recruiting. Assist in coordinating academic support services in partnership with the Center of Academic Programs for Support Services (CAPSS). Provide student support and be available to mentor students. Assist with Intercultural Unity program development. Design and give presentations to various student groups on topics relevant to the Office of Intercultural Unity. Assist with the planning and coordination of new student orientation, mentor training, leadership development, intercultural retreats, and Intercultural Unity Chapels. Participate in designated college committees, special projects, and activities. Coordinate projects for student workers ensuring timely and accurate completion. Prepare invoicing and correspondence as needed. Maintain student database, office files and program scheduling.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. Intercultural education and/or cross-cultural experience and proficiency required. Second language preferred. Previous work experience at post-secondary level preferred.

SERVICE ASSOCIATE
Facilities Services; Part-time (Average 15 hours per week, 12 months per year; M-F)
Position Summary:

Responsible for the overall cleanliness of College building – Child Development Center. Transport small equipment, tools, furniture and other items between Campus buildings. Sweep, mop, scrub and vacuum classrooms, offices, common areas, residence space and other work areas. Dust furniture and equipment and polish metalwork. Transport trash and waste to disposal area. Replenish supplies in classrooms and restrooms. Operate and maintain all Custodial equipment. Assist with special events and scheduled meeting room set-up. Maintain a safe work environment through proper use of equipment, chemicals and lifting procedure techniques.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
