ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR
Accounting Services; Full-time
Position Summary:
Provide excellent customer service to the students and constituents of the organization by generating accurate invoices, maintaining current and accurate accounts, and responding promptly to inquiries and requests for information. Process billing for tuition assistance and for Married Student housing. Assist in monthly reconciliation of related accounts. Process NSF checks. Work closely with staff from various departments on account related issues. Assist with cashier responsibilities including open and/or closing processes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Previous experience a minimum of one year of accounting or bookkeeping experience required.
ASSISTANT MENS TRACK COACH
Athletics; Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week; mid January until mid-May)
Position Summary:
Assist Head Coach in preparation and conduct of practices and meets. Assist in recruiting as needed. Assist Head Coach in all areas of practice and meet preparation. Assist in scouting and recruiting prospective athletes. Assist in scouting opponents. Assist with department responsibilities as requested by the Head Coach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous collegiate participation and/or coaching experience preferred.
ASSISTANT WOMENS TRACK COACH

GRADUATE STUDIES ADMISSION COUNSELOR – GRADUATE & CONTINUING EDUCATION
Graduate & Continuing Education; full-time
Position Summary:
Support the enrollment goals of Graduate & Continuing Education (GCE) by recruiting qualified prospective graduate students. Identify prospective students for one or more of the Graduate Studies programs and make initial contact. Guide the prospect through each step of the enrollment process. Maintain current and accurate records in the database for recruiting and enrollment purposes. Meet with prospective students on campus, as well as off-campus, in primary market areas in order to create positive relationships and to assist the prospect in navigating the process. Evaluate applications for admission according to established institutional criteria. Maintain current status reports for each prospect. Follow-up with prospective students until the enrollment process is complete. Meet on a regular basis with the Assistant Director and other members of the admissions team to assess and evaluate the status of prospective students and the viability of class starts. Assist in the evaluation of procedures and suggest ways to streamline the enrollment process. Participate in GCE preview nights and other admissions events. Assist with the coordination of orientation and registration sessions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years related experience required. Northwestern College alumna/nus strongly preferred.
LINE OFFICER – Arden Hall
Safety Services; Full-time
Position Summary:
Assist in the handling of all security and safety related situations (emergency and non-emergency) ensuring the safety of all persons on campus. Perform foot and vehicle patrols through campus facilities and grounds approximately 50% of each shift, securing campus buildings at appropriate times. Enforce ban of individuals, weapons, etc. on college property. Assist with investigations, complete reports, review all reports for follow-up, investigate all incidents and report all findings to Director of Safety Services. Respond to emergency calls, fire alarms, safety and security requests. Participate in drills and emergency precautionary demonstrations. Assist with college parking regulations, issuing parking permits and citations. Advise visitors of directions and general college information. Assist with miscellaneous department duties as assigned by the Director of Public Safety.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous safety and/or security experience preferred.
OFFICE COORDINATOR
Business Department; Part-time
Position Summary:
Provide clerical support for the Chair of the Business Department, and faculty within that department. Maintain accurate files of departmental correspondence. Answer telephone calls on behalf of the department. Maintain calendar of departmental meetings, key events, faculty teaching schedules, and critical reporting dates. Monitor & update the departmental web-site. Manage the data base of Business Department. Implement the alumni and prospective student communication plans as developed by the department. Follow-up with individual department faculty members for their timely completion and/or submission of tasks assigned to them by the Department Chair. Record and maintain accurate minutes of the department meetings. Process expense reports and check requests and assist the department chair in maintaining accurate departmental financial records. Represent the Department Chair as supervisor of student workers for approval of time sheets. Assist in planning and coordinating the schedule of departmental course offerings. Assist in interviewing, hiring, training, coordinating, and evaluating student workers assigned to department faculty. Assist in the production of useful information and tools for the NWC community regarding the Business Department and its services.
Qualifications:
