Let’s face it. Intellectual property law can be confusing, even overwhelming. That’s why the Wyoming State Library's State Publications Librarian Karen Kitchens put together the list of resources below. Open or download these helpful items for basic information about patent, trademark, and copyright law. Please remember that these guides provide a very basic overview. We provide safety and security information for every country of the world to help you assess for yourself the risks of travel. Each country information page contains a Travel Advisory, Alerts, and other important details specific to that country that could affect you. Pay close attention to the entry and exit requirements, local laws and customs, health conditions, and other details to decide whether traveling to that country is right for you. You will also find the address and phone number of the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate. Take those with you in case of an emergency.

General OneFile is Gale's largest general-interest database with more than 8,000 titles (most in full text with no embargo), many of which are recommended by Bowker's Magazines for Libraries. We've included the reference, newspaper, and audio content that complements the resource's robust collection of magazines and journals.

IF YOU ARE OFF CAMPUS: Once you are at Kanopy's website, they will ask you to login with your NWC user/pass.  Then you will login with your personal Kanopy login.

IF YOU ARE ON CAMPUS: You must disable the hardware acceleration in Chrome. Go to Settings (clicking on the ... in the upper right hand corner) enter "hardware accel" in the search box, then toggle off "Use hardware acceleration when available". Close Chrome and reopen and go to the Kanopy website.

Popular Magazines provides access to the most searched magazines across the InfoTrac products. All of the titles are selected based on actual publication searches performed by library patrons and the database includes many titles recommended by Bowker's "Magazines for Libraries".

Includes Proquest Central. Provided through the Wyoming State Library by the University of Wyoming Library. ProQuest Central is now part of ProQuest One Academic. The largest collection of full text articles available to libraries. ProQuest covers more than 150 subject areas and has full text coverage of the Wall Street Journal and L.A. Times.
