Business Building Blocks class starts March 12 in Powell

POWELL, Wyoming — A step-by-step business development class starts Thursday, March 12, for people who are thinking about starting a business or growing an existing business. Business Building Blocks takes a systematic approach to entrepreneurship from refining the business concept to profitability.

The comprehensive two-month training is designed for entrepreneurs across the spectrum—from micro business to big business. It’s divided into 10 weekly sessions that meet from 6-9 p.m. Thursdays through May 21.

In a practical, hands-on setting, participants will learn best business practices while producing their own comprehensive business plan. A certified Nxlevel business planning instructor leads the course, supported by an impressive lineup of expert guest speakers and finance, marketing and banking professionals.

The class offers an overview of entrepreneurship with information and individualized help on planning and research, organizational structures, market analysis, marketing, financial planning and records, cash flow projections, financial statements, financing, managing growth and business-related opportunities. Opportunities will also be provided to network with other entrepreneurs,

The $195 cost for the class includes a comprehensive manual.
