Business owners can learn to master their profits in four-part training

POWELL, Wyoming — Bruce Morse, director of the Wyoming Entrepreneur-Small Business Development Center in Powell, uses case studies and a down-to-earth style to help business owners understand their business’ financial health in “Profit Mastery: Creating Value and Building Wealth.”

The four-part training meets from 5:30-9 p.m. on consecutive Tuesdays, beginning Oct. 28 and ending Nov. 18.

Morse will help participants understand why and how to benchmark company performance, create practical plans to improve financial health, establish the difference between “making a profit” and “having cash” and how to do more of both.

Cost for the class is $195.
