Northwest College opens 2015-16 scholarship application

POWELL, Wyo. ─ Over $1 million in Northwest College scholarships is now available for 2015-16.

Trapper Scholarships are waiting for any high school senior who graduates with a minimum 2.5 GPA and completes the NWC online scholarship application. Scholarships are also available for GED recipients and students who earn a homeschool diploma or other high school equivalency certificate.

“All it takes is one easy application to access an incredible pool of funding for college,” Shaman Quinn, NWC financial aid and scholarships director, said. “Say you spend an hour on the application and earn a $1,000-$1,500 scholarship. You’ll never have a job that pays that well for an hour’s worth of work. This is the easiest money you’ll ever earn.” One application will automatically apply students for hundreds of scholarship opportunities.

NWC scholarship application information is available online.

High school seniors and first-time NWC students are also encouraged to compete for academic or activity-talent scholarships on top of their Trapper Scholarships by attending Scholarship Day February 16.
