POWELL, Wyo. - Northwest College goes into summer mode beginning Monday, May 17, with changed hours for administrative offices and Hinckley Library.

All college offices are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. noon on Fridays through the summer, according to Mark Kitchen, NWC’s vice president for college relations.

Kitchen said that while college offices are opened to the public four fewer hours on Friday, hourly employees still fulfill their 40 hours each week by rearranging individual work schedules.

Northwest's Hinckley Library closes for maintenance and cleaning from Saturday, May 15, through Sunday, May 30. Beginning Tuesday, June 1, the library will observe the same abbreviated summer hours as the rest of the college, but will close on July 30. Any Wyoming resident can check out books and other materials from Hinckley Library. A valid card from a public library in Wyoming may be used or the library can issue a card to the user.

Summer office hours are in effect at Northwest through Aug. 13. Hinckley Library will open again on August 19.
