P O W E L L, W y o. - The Northwest College presidential search, funding for a proposed addition to Simpson Hall and stadium seating for Cabre Gymnasium will be discussed Monday, Sept. 10, when the NWC Board of Trustees holds its monthly meeting in the Meeteetse School Cafeteria at 2:30 p.m.

The Board will hear from administrative staff representatives during the first 30 minutes of an hour-and-a-half-long work session regarding a search to replace President Miles LaRowe whose retirement is effective June 30, 2008. Trustees will then continue their discussion on the topic until 4 p.m.

Also on the Board's agenda for the regular monthly meeting are fall semester enrollment updates and a student housing report, among other items.

The public is invited to make comments at a Citizens' Open Forum beginning at 5 p.m.

The Northwest College Board of Trustees travels once a year to Meeteetse to get better acquainted with the southern end of the college district and to give area residents a chance to inform their elected officials of Meeteetse-related issues.

In addition to Joe Thomas of Meeteetse, other NWC Board members are Marty Coe, John Housel and Mark Westerhold of Cody; and Carolyn Danko, Jim Vogt and Steve Webster of Powell.
