Public invited to Thursday, April 4, career and transfer fair in Powell

POWELL, Wyo. - Area businesses and community members are invited to a Northwest College Career and Transfer Fair from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Thursday, April 4, in Cabre Gym in Powell.

Approximately 20-30 businesses and 10-15 universities are expected to participate, sharing information about job and college transfer opportunities.

A wide range of businesses will be represented, from banks to retail clothing outlets and online educators. Universities from Montana, Nebraska, South Dakota and Wyoming will be available to talk about their academic programs.

The fair is organized by NWC student Tina Ely, for her business capstone project, with assistance from fellow student Bryan Borcher. It is sponsored by the Northwest College Student Senate, with support from Student Activities, Student Affairs, Center for Training and Development, Career and Transfer Office and the NWC ENACTUS team.
