Children's Learning & Care Center

Free TANF preschool

The Children's Learning & Care Center, a State licensed facility, recently received TANF Preschool funding from the Department of Education. The Children's Learning & Care Center has been in operation for over 30 years providing a safe, nurturing environment that is conducive to learning, proper growth and development of children. Our qualified staff have years of experience in the field as well as a strong educational background. The Director holds a masters in Early Childhood Special Education and the staff hold Child Development Associate (CDA).

We provide age appropriate curriculum and activities to help children reach their highest potential. The lesson plans are based on Creative Curriculum as well as other curricula (high scope, Reggio, Project Approach). The Children's Learning & Care Center’s food program receives Child Adult Food Program funding, thus we are able to offer free nutritious meals including breakfast, lunch and snack.
