DELTA offers a series of educational outdoor summer camps for youth of the Bighorn Basin and surrounding areas.
DELTA camps are a real adventure and a real fun way to learn real life skills. Facilitators tie all activities back into everyday life to teach campers about the importance of trust and teamwork while helping to build confidence and leadership skills.
This program was designed in 2013 by Northwest College Outdoor Education Majors in conjunction with Professor Keith McCallister, and the DELTA Program. All instructors are certified in Wilderness First Aid or higher medical training.
