A final evaluation is required of all NWC interns. *The on-line evaluations are sent to the student and their on-site supervisor via email near the end of the internship.

Final Evaluation FAQ's

• Final evaluations are required of all interns and their on-site supervisor.
• The final evaluation will be sent to each intern and their on-site supervisor(s) near the end of the internship or near the end of the semester (whichever is the earlier date.)
• We use SurveyMonkey to deliver the final evaluation on-line. Make sure your on-site supervisor(s) have received it.  The evaluation is sent by NWC's Center for Calling & Career.
• All evaluations must be completed at least 1 week before the end of the semester regardless of internship stop date.
• Most faculty supervisors use the evaluation as part of the assignment of grades. The intern's grade may be affected if the evaluation is not completed.
• Contact internships@nwc.edu if you or your supervisor have not received the evaluation or if there are any questions.

Sample Final Evaluations

Each final evaluation contains statements related to the college's educational outcomes for all majors. In addition, some major specific statements are included.

*Exception: Kinesiology and criminal justice on-site supervisors receive a written evaluation form.
