  • Senior status
  • GPA 2.5
  • Pass a 75 question comprehensive test on health/fitness (For Athletic Training: need 400 hours in training room to substitute for test)

Pre-requisites

  • Completion of Practicum 1 & 2
  • All internships must be approved.

  • The evaluation by the on-site supervisor
  • Participation in academic component
  • Satisfactory completion of hours

  • Weekly meetings with Dr. Parish
  • Internship Seminars/Orientaion
  • Evaluations by the On-site Supervisor
  • Daily Activity Log
  • Quarterly Report (Paper)
  • Supervised practical experience learning situation.
  • More hands-on experience to apply in field
