Ministry Core Curriculum
All majors within the Christian Ministries Department contain the following core courses:

The following courses must be taken in sequence (not applicable for Intercultural Studies and Urban Ministry):
- MIN1005 Introduction to Christian Ministry, MIN2105 Theological and Philosophical Foundations of Ministry. MIN2105 is a prerequisite for all major courses in the Children and Family, Early Adult, Ministry, Pastoral, and Youth and Family Studies majors.
- MIN2115 Bible Study Methods, MIN2216 Teaching Methods in Ministry (prerequisite also SPE1075/1825 Foundations of Communication), EAM2205 Foundations of Early Adult Ministry, EAM3208 Practice of Early Adult Ministry.
- MIN2106 Relationships, MIN3226 Family Studies.
- MIN3205 Human Sexuality / MIN3216 Leadership in Ministry / MIN3231 Introduction to Biblical Counseling prerequisite for MIN 4991/4992.
