In 2010, Northwestern College was one of 100 Minnesota organizations named to the Star Tribune Top Workplaces list. With help from Workplace Dynamics, the Star Tribune conducted a comprehensive analysis of 1,000 organizations, surveying employees to measure qualities such as company leadership, career opportunities, workplace flexibility, compensation, and benefits.
