Banquet Policies

Minimums

A minimum purchase (plus tax and a service charge fee) is required for each of our banquet facilities. For more details on the required minimum please contact our rental manager, Scott Hvistendahl.

Deposit

A deposit is required to reserve a banquet facility. The deposit is applied to your final bill. The deposit is refundable if cancellation is made thirty days or more before the event date. The deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is made less than thirty days before the event unless the room is rebooked for the same date and time.

Prices

All prices are subject to change. Prices will be guaranteed 30 days prior to the event.

Guarantees

Guaranteed numbers must be finalized by the due date on the contract. We customarily prepare for 10% above your guarantee (10 maximum). In case of bad weather, we do not refund any money for guests who are unable to attend.

Pay Due Date

Payment will be due thirty days after invoice is received.

Type of Payment

Please pay by check, credit card or money order made payable to Northwestern College.

Cancellation

Requests for cancellation of signed contacts must be presented in writing.

College Policies

Smoking and drinking alcohol are not permitted anywhere on Northwestern College campus.
