Each year, one staff member and three faculty members receive special recognition for their contributions to the Northwestern community.

Excellence in Teaching Award
Melissa Mork, Psy.D., associate professor and chair of the Department of Psychology. She has taught at NWC for 9 years.

Faculty Excellence in Scholarship Award
Paul Helseth, Ph.D., professor of Christian thought in the Department of Biblical & Theological Studies. He has taught at NWC for 12 years.

Faculty Outstanding Service Award
David Erickson, Ph.D., associate professor of marketing in the Department of Business. He joined NWC in 1993.

Quality Service Award (staff)
Dave Armstrong, campus facilities team leader who has worked at NWC for 25 years.
