February 26 - Spring break for many college students means beach parties and indulgent behavior. But for some Northwestern students, spring break means service.
Between March 6–16, eight teams of Northwestern students will embark on short-term mission trips to Alaska, California, Minnesota, Mississippi, Mexico and Guatemala.
Khanh Nguyen, associate director of campus ministries, asks for prayer for the student teams and their leaders, along with the missionaries and nationals they will work with. “We would also love to see our teams see that God is the God of all nations and He calls us to be part of His kingdom work for the long-term not just short-term.”
Also during spring break, the College Choir and Strings will be ministering through music as they tour to Texas and Wisconsin.
