Leadership Minor

Employers consistently list leadership as a major need in the workplace. That's just one of the reasons that Northwestern College established a leadership minor during the 2007–08 academic year. It's another way Northwestern is equipping students for God-honoring leadership in the home, church, community and world.

Traditional undergraduate students from any major or program may elect to complete the leadership minor. The 20-credit hour minor is designed to develop effective leadership skills and assist students in responding to God's calling to leadership positions while attending Northwestern and beyond. Students can get more information from their academic advisors.
