“Trombones with Friends” greets spring with May 7 recital at NWC
POWELL, Wyo. ─ The Northwest College Trombone Choir and musical friends welcome spring with a recital at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 7, in the Nelson Performing Arts Center Auditorium. NWC's low brass instructor Rick Parmer encourages everyone to attend this "Trombones with Friends" brass celebration.

Pulitzer Prize-winning author Richard Ford comes to Northwest College
POWELL, Wyoming — A Pulitzer Prize-winning American writer often mentioned in the same breath as Mark Twain, William Faulkner and Ernest Hemingway will come to Northwest College Tuesday, May 5, to deliver the annual Wasden Reading.

NWC Forensics Team finishes with a bang

POWELL, Wyoming — Northwest College invites Big Horn Basin youngsters and their grown-ups to "The Cat Princess," a theatrical production for children staged Friday, April 24, at the Nelson Performing Arts Center on campus. The curtain rises at 6 p.m. Friday.

Camino de Santiago documentary screened Friday, April 10, at NWC
POWELL, Wyoming — Anthony Polvere, an associate professor of photography at Northwest College, will walk the 500-mile Camino de Santiago in northern Spain this summer. He invites community members to preview the experience with him by watching a documentary film Friday night, April 10.
