 Tom Brooks comes to Northwestern (his alma mater) after 20 plus years in the business sector. This background in corporate finance, sales, and advertising has prepared him well for assisting adults as they return to further their education. Tom has a passion for the Master of Organizational Leadership since he earned that very degree from Northwestern while simultaneously maintaining his career. Although many family activities take up his time outside of work, he would tell you that being an adjunct professor of business recharges his “batteries” like no other activity.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Master of Organizational Leadership from Northwestern.  His goal is to assist adults as they seek out God’s guidance for furthering their education through the adult evening graduate programs.
