Diversity

EventsNorthwestern College affirms our commitment to biblical unity within the diversity that exists in the body of Christ (I Corinthians 12:12–16). It is our desire that every person in the Northwestern Community be accepted and valued, regardless of gender, race, color, social status, ability/disability, age, ethnicity or gifts. Northwestern students represent 31 states and 24 countries, and 10 percent of NWC students are of a minority ethnic/racial background.

We believe that because Christ has reconciled us to God, and to one another, we should do our best to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace (Ephesians 4:1–6). We pledge to lead our community in the process of reconciliation and the restoration and maintenance of God-honoring relationships among His people.

We desire to be role models who will glorify God through our demonstration of biblical unity.
