CampusReel Student Videographer - NWC

As an on-campus Content Creator, you will record at least 4 videos that document different aspects of your daily life on campus for the benefit of students applying to college. The CampusReel team will train you on video and vlog fundamentals, teach you best practices, and review your work with feedback.

You do not need to know how to edit videos - just submit the clips we ask for, and CampusReel will pay you $150, with the opportunity to earn more if you like the job!

Through this flexible, part-time role, you will learn valuable and transferable videography and storytelling skills that can help you sell your ideas in future. If you are interested in boosting the marketing experience on your resume, you may be especially interested.

This opportunity is open to current NWC students. If you are an international student, to be eligible for this opportunity your visa must allow you to be employed by an outside entity (this position is offered and compensated by CampusReel, not Northwest College.)

Requirements:

• Enrolled as a student at Northwest College
• Access to campus and the surrounding area
• Access to a smartphone or other internet connected video recording device
• Enthusiasm for your school and willingness to share about your experience
• Willingness to be visible online
• Remember: you are NOT required to edit!

Time Commitment:

• 15 minutes for account creation and short online training
• Clips don’t take long to record, but it may take around 15-30 minutes to plan, record, and upload your shots.
• Overall, we’re looking at 3-4 hours of your time, maximum.

Compensation:

$150 for uploading material for 4 videos, paid via electronic gift card. Letter of recommendation happily provided upon request.
