Offer Letter

A letter notifying financial aid applicants of the assistance being offered. The offer letter usually provides information on the types and amounts of aid offered, as well as specific program information, student responsibilities, and the conditions which govern the award. The offer letter generally provides students with the opportunity to accept or decline the aid offered. The acceptance form and the offer letter are often the same document or combined in the same notification. Please retain copies of aid awards you receive.

Official Payment Date
By the end of the Offical Payment Date working day (4:00 p.m.), registered students must have paid their account in full or made payment arrangements with the Business Office. This is the earliest date federal funds and scholarship monies are available to students.

Other Aid
Any outside scholarships (high school, community, etc.), grants, fee waivers, veteran's education benefits, or other aid sources that a student expects to receive during any given award year. Students receiving need-based aid must report all such awards to the financial aid office.
