Meet the dedicated staff of the Northwest College DELTA Program who help make magic happen.
Our DELTA staff are trained facilitators on the High and Low Ropes course, as well as initiative problem solving. This group of highly motivated leaders will lead your program through self-esteem, communication, leadership, and cooperation building activities best suited for each individual group of participants.
Our staff has completed a minimum of 8 hours of on the course training, as well as first aid and CPR. Most facilitators have also completed the Introduction to Adventure Education and Challenge Course Facilitation courses offered at Northwest College.
Each program will be operated by at least one Lead Facilitator, who has a comprehensive background in facilitation, as well as a minimum of 20 hours of hands on facilitation experience. Depending on the size of your group, you will also have assistant facilitators helping, each of which has experience facilitating and working with groups on the challenge course, and the outdoors.
