Early application is encouraged, especially if you're interested in financial aid. At least two months prior to the semester in which you plan to enroll, submit an Application for Admission form. Have your official high school and/or college transcripts, or GED score sent. Also send copies of your ACT or SAT scores. (Test scores are used for placement and review of all applicants.) Northwest's ACT code is 5004, and its SAT code is 4542. You will be notified of your admission status.
Resident graduates of accredited Wyoming high schools are admitted upon receipt of an Application for Admission and a final transcript from a regionally accredited high school. Out-of-state high school graduates must have a 2.0 (C) cumulative grade point average and/or an 18 ACT composite score, or minimum SAT score of 840, or a GED with an average score of 50.
