This day-long event in the Yellowstone Building Conference Center features virtual and in-person speakers, learning sessions, and panel discussions centered around the theme "Building Global Citizenship". The event is free and open to the public, and the noon virtual session includes lunch. The seminar is sponsored by the International Foreign Language Program at the U.S. Department of of Education.

  • 1:15 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.       From Home to Campus: International Students’ Perspectives on Cultural Exchange and Academic Adaptation
  • 2:45 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.       The Fear of Foreigners: A Look at Xenophobia in America (Presented by Sybil Tubbs, Education Manager at the Heart Mountain Wyoming Foundation)
