The Vocal Music program at Northwest College is a vital and growing program with offerings in both classical and popular music.  NWC’s Vocal Music Program is a unique program dedicated to preparing students for a future in music. Our world-class faculty foster student growth through inspirational teaching and specialized course offerings. Whether a student is a vocal music major or just participating in one our ensembles or classes, we guarantee students will get an unparalleled experience that will prepare them for their future musical lives. Vocal Ensembles at NWC are nationally recognized as premier groups and regularly travel throughout the United States to perform at festivals and conferences. Vocal ensembles on campus include Concert Choir, Vocal Jazz I, Vocal Jazz II, Chamber Choir, or Contemporary Vocal Ensemble. Additional courses in vocal music include Studio Singing Class, Songwriting, Composition/Arranging, and private lessons in both Classical Voice and Jazz Voice.
