Pannell Earns All-Region Honors
After two successful seasons at Snow College in Utah in which her team reached the national tournament, Megan Pannell made the decision to reach out to Trapper coach Scott Keister to try and transfer and play at Northwest for her extra Covid year.

Starting its season on the road for the next two months the No. 17-ranked Trapper wrestling team made its way to Rock Springs to take on No. 4-ranked Northwest Kansas Tech and walked away with a 28-21 victory.

NWC Women Improve To 5-1 Season Record
A strong early season push from the Trapper women’s basketball team has Northwest sitting with a 5-1 record after defeating Colorado Northwestern 81-67 on Friday, losing their first game of the season Saturday to Air Force Prep 94-88 in overtime, before defeating Williston State 73-67 on Monday.

First Jay Collins Memorial Tournament This Weekend
When tragedy struck in late July the Northwest men’s basketball players were left reeling from the loss of their coach. Now, the Trappers have found a way to honor former coach Jay Collins by hosting the first Jay Collins Memorial Tournament this weekend at Cabre Gym.
