Data Security: Form Submission Options

In order to protect student's (and families) Personally Identifiable Information (PII), the College adheres to stringent data safeguard protocols. Therefore, please submit all student (and family) information to the NWC Financial Aid Office using data security methods which preserve the privacy of your personal information. Secure methods include:

  • Deliver or mail documents to the NWC Financial Aid Office
  • Fax documents to us using our secure fax number: 307-754-6154
  • Upload documents using the Financial Aid Secure File Upload form (NWC login requried)

DO NOT EMAIL ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE FINANCIAL AID OFFICE WITHOUT USING AES 256-BIT ENCRYPTION SOFTWARE.
