Campus Services: Mail & Printing

- All outgoing mail is delivered to the post office at 10:00 a.m. Monday through Friday,
with an additional delivery of 3:00 p.m. on Fridays and days prior to the closure
of the college for holidays and breaks. Please have any mail that you would like processed
the same day to Campus Services: Mail & Printing prior to those times.
- Campus Services: Mail & Printing is responsible for the processing of the college's
USPS, UPS and Fed-Ex. We also allow faculty, staff and students to utilize our services
to send or receive both business and personal USPS, Fed-Ex or UPS services.
- When a USPS, Fed-Ex express or an UPS package for a faculty, staff or student arrives
in Campus Services: Mail & Printing, the college email address that was assigned to you will be emailed to notify the receipt of a package for him/her. Please make sure
to check your college email account regularly and look for the subject line of "You have a Package in Campus Services: Mail & Printing". If you are expecting a package/letter that has not been received, please check
your email or visit us in FAB66 or call Campus Services: Mail & Printing at 307-754-6117.
