Looking forward to October we will host two special events Manufacturing Day Tour on October 6th and the Bosses Day Conference on October 16th. Keep these on your radar and make plans now to attend.
The Manufacturing Tour is a field trip for adults to see the inside of various manufacturing businesses in our area. It is our Fourth Annual Manufacturing Day Tour in cooperation with Manufacturing Works. Keep watching our website for a sneak peek of the businesses we will tour!
Our Bosses Day event is designed to celebrate and educate those who lead our area businesses. The topic of the day is Tactical Leadership and we are pleased to have Matt Melinkovich as our speaker and facilitator. Matt is becoming a leader in the leadership training world. His insight into leadership is spot on using humor and real experience. This will be his third visit to the NWC campus and we are lucky to have him include us in his schedule!
Here are comments from attendees at Matt’s previous training events:
“With over 25 years of executive level experience in the corporate, foundation, association and government sectors, as well as being self-employed, there is always something new to learn in the world of leadership. Matt’s real life experiences/examples along with his curriculum were spot on for today's leaders of all ages and experience.”
Lisa Miller, Goshen County Economic Development – Torrington
“I would recommend this training to all levels of leadership. It was thought provoking and I intend to utilize the new skills I've learned to help spark new innovation with my team. There were many key innovative ideas presented that are beneficial principles for all.” Bill Schroyer, L&H Industrial – Gillette WY
