As a Fulbright Scholar, Holly Walters spent 16 months in the Kali Gandaki River Valley in the high Himalayas of Nepal. Join us for her presentation on ritual practices, fossil folklore, and Hindu/Buddhist pilgrimage. 

Holly Walters is a PhD candidate in cultural anthropology at Brandeis University. Her work centers on the anthropology of religion, linguistic anthropology, myth and ritual, visual narratives, religious experience and pilgrimage in India and Nepal.
