Coffee Shop
The TRAP is NWC’s café-style eatery located in the lobby of the Yellowstone Building and offers
a variety of food, beverages, and snacks. The TRAP proudly serves Starbucks beverages, including lattes, refreshers, and freshly brewed coffee.
Breakfast
is served from 7:30am – 10:30am and consists of
- build-your-own breakfast sandwiches,
- breakfast burritos,
- french toast sticks,
- and bagels with cream cheese.
Lunch
is offered between 11:30am and 2:30pm and includes
- flatbread pizzas,
- wraps,
- mac & cheese,
- and the soup of the day.
The TRAP also has grab and go meals and snacks which are offered all throughout the day.
- Sandwiches, salads, and snacks like yogurt parfaits, and cheese and crackers, are
hand-made each day.
- There is also a convenience store section where items like candy bars, chips, and
bottled sodas are offered.
