Balance Yoga I
Usually, we think about physical balance when walking in town or hiking in the mountains. Physical balance is one aspect of balance from a yoga perspective. Yogic balance also includes directing attention, developing a comfortable breathing pattern and reducing stress. Learn about and explore yogic balance during the month of June. Dress comfortably for ease of movement during these explorations. The 1-hour yoga practices focusing on balance begins promptly at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesdays.
