POWELL, Wyo. - The public is invited to an evening of culture and fun at Arabic Night Wednesday, April 2, from 7-9 p.m. in the DeWitt Student Center Lounge on the NWC Campus.
This cultural event showcases the countries of Algeria, Egypt and Morocco, weaving in traditional tapestries of each through music, photography, religion, geography and food.
Students representing each country will open the evening with short presentations to acquaint the audience with their native land’s cultures, religions and traditions. There will be time for questions and answers
The free program is sponsored by NWC’s Multicultural Club, Intercultural Programs, Diversity Awareness Committee and Student Senate.
