POWELL, Wyoming — Anyone who’s attended the annual “Fun with Chopsticks” event at Northwest College knows better than to show up with a knife and fork for this hectic, but friendly competition. The fun gets underway at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 10, in the Yellowstone Building Conference Center on the NWC campus.
The spirited activities are geared for chopstickers of all ages and abilities. Chopsticks will be provided, but anyone who has their own lucky chopsticks are invited to bring them along.
To enhance the cultural personality of the games, Asian music and free Asian food samples will be served.
“Fun with Chopsticks” is part of the college’s celebration of the Chinese New Year.
The public is invited to this free event sponsored by NWC’s Office of Intercultural Programs and Multicultural Club.
