P O W E L L,  W y o. - During an election year when many voters are scrutinizing the intention of the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights, Northwest College invites Big Horn Basin residents to view framed reproductions of the documents up close during its Constitution Day observance.

The documents will be displayed the week of Sept. 17-24 in the lobby of the college's Hinckley Library.

Also on Wednesday, Sept. 17, in observance of the 221st anniversary of our nation's founding document, the NWC Student Affairs Office will hand out small-sized copies of the constitution on campus and provide them to the Cody and Worland centers as well.
