POWELL, Wyoming — About 200 of the best high school music students from the Big Horn Basin will be in Powell Friday and Saturday, Nov. 20 and 21, for the 2015 North Big Horn Basin District Music Clinic.

Choir and band students will spend both days working on music to present at a 2:30 p.m. concert Saturday.

This year’s guest directors are Aric Hageman, director of bands at Riverton High school, and Brennan Baglio, director of Choirs at NWC.

Participating students from Big Horn, Hot Springs, Park and Washakie counties were selected by their music teachers.

Sponsored by the Northern Big Horn Basin Music Educators Association, the clinic is hosted by the Music Department at Northwest College. NWC music faculty Craig Olson is organizing chairperson.

Admission to the Saturday concert is free.
