WORLAND, Wyo. - A two-hour introductory class in estate planning will be offered at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 14, at the Worland Community Center Complex.

Worland attorney Mike Greear will offer a general overview of estate planning, touching on estate- and gift-tax issues, probate and probate avoidance tools, plus other related topics.

He'll discuss the choices involved in a proactive estate plan that puts the planner in the driver's seat when dealing with assets, children, spouse, and the future.  Attendees will learn what is involved if they choose to give some of their assets to their children in the near future and how to help heirs maximize their inheritance.

Cost is $12.
