POWELL, Wyo. - A new Koffee Buzz series gets underway Wednesday morning, Feb. 24, providing busy business folk an hour of free professional development once a month.

Tara Kuipers inaugurates the series with a program on "Decision-Making Models" from 8-9 a.m. in the Northwest College Center for Training and Development on the NWC West Campus in Powell.

She'll discuss the reasons for having different models for different situations and will offer a set of decision-making tools useful in both individual and group decision-making processes. Kuipers is a University of Wyoming extension educator for community development.

Plenty of coffee and continental breakfast goodies will complement the discussion. All are free of charge.

The monthly series meets again Wednesday, March 24, to cover "Conflict Resolution" and April 28 for a program titled "Dealing with Upset People."

The series is sponsored by the NWC Center for Training and Development, Wyoming Small Business Development Center and the Wyoming Business Council.

More information about the Koffee Buzz series is available online by following the "Training Schedule" link, e-mailing Stacy at the NWC Center for Training and Development, or calling (307) 754-6062.
