Summer is almost here and it’s time to dig out those Hawaiian shirts and flip flops for a party for all ages.
The Northwest College Children’s Learning and Care Center will host a night of fun for local families with a Hawaiian luau and painting session Wednesday, June 7. The party begins at 5:30 p.m. in the Yellowstone Building Conference Center on the NWC campus.
The Luau kicks off with a feast of traditional Hawaiian fare including kalua pork, macaroni salad, sticky rice and a variety of tropical fruits and desserts.
After dinner, party goers will then have the opportunity to create original paintings with an island flare. All of the paints, brushes and paper will be provided.
Tickets cost $15 per person, $25 for a couple and $50 for a family of four (add $5 for each person if more than four).
To purchase tickets, visit http://calendar.nwc.edu/event/luau. or contact the Children’s Learning and Care Center Manager Autourina Mains at 307-754-6188.
Proceeds from the luau go to benefit the Children’s Learning and Care Center.
